Johanna Dejager is one of my favorite natural bodybuilders, as you saw from a previous deviation, Johanna Dejager Animated Bicep. Her biceps are amazing, but equally good are the triceps shown in this clip. She's in off-season shape here, and I like her softer look as much as her contest shape look. Can't remember where I got the source video from, but it had a Naturally Built watermark, so it was probably on Johanna's website at some point. Enjoy.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
