Raikou Minamotono is a character from a manga called Dragon Girl (Sekiryu no Otome「赤龍の乙女」) that I wrote about before for my Manga Muscle Girls series of posts. I like how Raikou-sensei looks all petite and then all of a sudden can hulk out of her clothes and get all huge and muscular. She could be my new favorite character. If only there were more fanart of her...
