Jin Kashiwagi

Today's featured artist is Jin Kashiwagi ( Jin 柏木 ), a Pixiv member. To view the links that I have in this post, you'll need a Pixiv account. This post will be shorter than normal since I wasn't able to find much from this artist other than what's in his gallery:

Through some creative googling, I discovered a page that references a doujinshi called Strange Girl ( 東方夢物語 ) that is attributed to him. You may have recognized some of the characters in his pictures. That's because this artist focuses the Touhou Project, a series which I covered before ( see Team Shanghai Alice, Cho-Marisa by Wi-Z Garage, and Meirin by Cave ). Alas, this will likely be another obscure doujinshi that I'll never find. I did find JIN's website through that page, but it's very sparse at the moment. Please let me know if you come across any other sources of art or information for this artist.

Pixiv turns out to be a good place to find Touhou Project fanart. There was even a meme a few weeks ago where muscled Touhou character artwork popped up under the tag Touhou Kinniku ( 東方筋肉 ). I believe this is how I came to stumble upon Jin Kashiwagi's art. Here's a few more images that you'll find if you search for that tag:
