SYS-LILA ( シスリラ ) is maintained by an artist named ABzome ( エビゾメ ). It seems he's a fan of the 'monster girl' genre, and features a lot of drawings of this nature in his gallery. He's had some work published in a Monster Girl Special Book published by A-kiba as well. The website itself is a bit hard to navigate due to the artist's use of frames, and you have to dig a bit in order to find the right places to click. Thankfully, the navigation elements are in English and it makes it a little easier.
One of his pages is dedicated to drawings of massive muscle girls. And you'll also find some worthwhile artwork in his cat girl gallery 1, cat girl gallery 2 and on this random page:
