Dangan Ronpa「ダンガンロンパ」 is a PSP game released in 2010. According to a review at Giantbomb it's a mash-up of a few different genres.  It seems to be an interesting game made even more interesting-er by the inclusion of student fighter Sakura Ogami「大神さくら」.  She's very muscular but not too cute.  The screenshot above is from the website for the game.  Luckily Pixiv provides some more appealing fanart:
